Getting Started Implementation Planning
 

Step 1: Building Leaders Team Meeting

Building leaders make decisions for integrating Destination Success into their technology curriculum. Important decisions about implementation will be decided during this meeting. It's important to establish a plan for communication and decide who will be responsible for certain tasks during training and implementation. Items for discussion may include the following:

  • Establishing a Target Population

  • Deciding on a Usage Model

  • Assigning tasks to Technology Leaders

  • Creating a Communication Plan

This meeting will help lay the foundation for a successful implementation and ensure that everyone is working toward the same goal.

Step 2: Initial Team Meeting

During this meeting, building technology leaders will work with teachers and share information about the new software and ask for their input before scheduling training.
