  If you purchased a Visagraph before October 2005, you should download and install this latest driver to improve
  your Visagraphs performance. This driver will:
   

• Improve ease of capture with individuals wearing glasses
• Make recordings easier to capture with a larger number of users

You will also note that this driver changes the behavior of the lights on your Visagraph. The lights will not come on until
you do a recording

This new driver should allow you to capture recordings from almost all users, except users with strong prescriptions
wearing glasses. If you do not find that the driver has improved your units performance, please contact our support
